My studio is on the first floor. The building door has a garage door opening and wide hallways -- perfect for wheeling a cart of carefully packed greenware. 7 day turn around. Rush firing available. Pieces left for more than 14 days after firing (unless a late pickup is agreed upon beforehand) will be considered abandoned and will be disposed. all glazed items must have a cookie, provided by you, to catch glaze drips. If using runny, foaming, mixing glazes or re-glazing, I recommend a large cookie with a rim to catch overflow. The best outcome for both you and me is if no glaze drips onto the kiln shelves or bricks! For small glaze drips onto the shelf, there is a $10 cleanup fee. For large glaze runs, the charge is the price of replacing the full/half kiln shelf. 

Any explosions will be charged a $50 cleanup fee. Any damage to the brick or elements due to explosions, runny glazes, or foaming glazes, will be charged for the cost of replacement plus the $50 cleanup fee I run a slow-dry before bisque fire, but I require bisque to be fully dried before drop-off. If a piece is too damp it will not be fired. pieces greater than 1/2" thick are possible to fire but require explicit approval. I can program a slower run to accommodate large, thick sculptural pieces
